INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO TILING AND USING CMC CERAMIC TILES

MAIN CONTENT

I. TILING METHOD

1. Receiving and inspecting to ensure that the tile code and the color code on the tile box match the specifications. Spreading the tile on a flat surface with an area of about 10m2 before tiling to check the color, size, and flatness of tiles to avoid the situation where the construction is finished but the color is not uniform or the plane is not as expected.

2. Using a tile balance clamp is a modern and productive tiling method for quick construction and technical assurance.

3. Soaking tiles in clean water to absorb uniformly before tiling (Semi-porcelain tiles do not need to be soaked in water) to ensure material adherence, watering and spreading a glue layer of about 10mm thick for attaching tiles when the floor is dry and clean.

4. Tiling sequence: Stretch the rope, set the first tile at the desired angle, place the succeeding tiles after the first one, and use two or more tile balance kits between the tile edges. Install a plastic tile leveling system and use pliers to establish an equal plane between the tiles by gently tapping the tile surface with a rubber hammer to create alignment and flatness.

5. Paying special attention to tiling in the direction of the arrow on the tile's bottom (except for the case where the tile has a patterned design). For bar tiles, the position of the tiles should be staggered by 1/3 of the first tile, the position of the second tile shall be about 1/3 of the first tile.

II. NOTES WHEN USING

1. For grinding ceramic tiles, mirror-like tiles, high-gloss soluble salt tiles, do not drag heavy objects such as furniture, cabinets, etc. on the surface.

2. When spilling hard-to-clean stains such as coffee, ink, color products, etc. on the tile floor, it is necessary to clean it immediately; if you wait too long, stains will form, making cleaning more difficult.

3. When cleaning, avoid using high-hardness materials such as sand, sandpaper, grinding stone, and so on. Tiles that have been scraped will lose their brilliance.

4. When friction is created by people's footsteps, the type of dirt (sand, dust) enhances the abrasion. As a result, you must keep the floor as spotless as possible.
